Addicted to Cherry Blossom

I know we posted shots like these before but the truth is the blossom can sometimes be a photographers dream. As we go backwards forwards about our business I have to stop the car every so often just to capture the beauty of it. Here are two different orchards close to our own house at Pouraque.

I'm pleased with the results shall we say.

Cherries blooming throughout the Luberon valley. Just delightful. Spring is well and truly here.

Cassis in the sunshine

The first of the tourist boats leaves the harbour in bright Spring sunshine.



And the jaunty little fishing boats are just waiting their turn.

I know we've been moaning about the weather just recently but how about the other side of the coin? We were down on the coast a few days ago and the sun shone and Provence put it's best face on.

Brave little Alice certainly thought the sea was warm enough but the waves were a bit high!
